QUALITE TOURISME™ - Quality Tourism ()

Since its creation in October 2015, the tourist office for the Canal du Midi to Saint Chinian area has, with the help of the Hérault tourist office network and the Agence Départementale du Tourisme de l’Hérault (the Hérault departmental tourism agency), been committed to a quality control process.

The whole team is currently working to improve the quality of help offered and standardise working methods across its tourist information offices.

 

Obtaining the Qualité Tourisme (‘quality tourism’) label involves following a strict framework and implementing a quality handbook to be used by both permanent tourist information assistants and new starters. It identifies all the procedures to be followed in the tourist office’s everyday tasks.

We make every effort to guarantee our customers’ satisfaction by taking their complaints and suggestions into account and acting to constantly improve the quality of our services and of the Canal du Midi to Saint Chinian area that we serve.

The quality of the help and information that we offer our visitors is subject to particular scrutiny.
